Hi Werner,
Well, the good news is that the corrupted glyph rendering is resolved in
the current freetype.git HEAD code.
I found a couple of other changes in the output, but one is a (badly!)
broken font, and the other is almost certainly unique to the way
Ghostscript uses Freetype, and I can address that in our code.
So from a Ghostscript perspective, the current code looks good.
