[Freetype] Re: GD::Text doesn't seem to like FreeType

Which version of perl are you using?  I most had problems getting GD 1.32 to
work with perl 5.6, Solaris 7, libgd 1.8.3, and FreeType 1.3.1.  I am not sure
what the problems were, but GD compiles fine (and passes the tests) when I use
perl 5.00503.

Your mileage may vary...
