I am afraid Intellifont specs are not available (for free).
You can check PCL5/PCL6 language specifications (if they are available), may
be PCL specs have some description for Intellifont format.
But, believe me: Intelifont is *crap*.
You should go for Intellifont only if you have *very serious reason* (like
customer willing to pay $100K for its support :-)) to get it done.
