What is the difference between GPL and Microsoft Shared Source strategy?
Does Open Source create security risks? 
Does Open Souce create software instability? 

Panelists will include: 
Jon 'maddog' Hall Executive Director, Linux International, 
and representatives from Borland, Compaq, Intel,Quadratec, SGI,
SuSE, and Xybernaut.
