        The idea of http://www.fsfeurope.org/swpat/swpat.en.html is to
capture this understanding in one page. Since it's terse, it won't
replace reading and talking. But it should contain all the basic elements
necessary for an understanding of the current situation and a reminder
for people who understood the situation but forgot some bits because
they spent a few month dealing with other unrelated subjects.
