        Dans ce cas il y a certes violation de la GPL mais cela arrive
souvent. Jusqu'alors le problème s'est reglé sans qu'il soit nécessaire
d'aller au procès. D'ailleurs, contrairement à ce qu'affirme slashdot
le dévelopeur ne cherche pas à aller au procès précipitemment:
