It's a very good IDE that's not only similar to, but compatible with 
Delphi/Kylix.  Install the rpms, point and click, compile and you have a 
binary.

Unlike glade et al, it doesn't introduce another library to have a dependancy 
upon, and it's compiler is the well-established FreePascal compiler which is 
extremely fast and the compiled executables run fast too.
