Hello hello,

A little while ago I wrote a response to the OSS policy v2 draft that we
mentioned on list a little while ago; it was mentioned in the newsletter
but probably not here. It's this:

Any feedback people have would be most appreciated.

There is also a proposed response to the Copyright thingy that the
European Commission is doing; that's here ->

on that is also appreciated, although not needed as soon (hence it's
rougher state).
