Yes, that's not a problem, as I also discussed offlist with the FSF.
It will be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike
license.  This was suggested to me by the FSF and, looking at the
Creative Commons pages, it seems to be the one most similar to the
underlying aims of the Free Software movement.
