Help needed!

As you will have read in my previous email, we are holding a SFD event
at the Marbella Cafe on Saturday. I don't have a printer so I really
need some help from people to produce the materials to advertise the
event and to give away on the day.

So, if you can print off even a few posters and get them to the event
on Saturday (or to one of us before then, for example at the talk on
Tuesday), please do, it will be a great help.

Everything can be printed on A4 in monochrome. If you can print some,
reply to all on this email stating what you can print (so that we know
what's been done and what needs to be done).

The A6 posters advertising SFD need to be done ASAP (by Tuesday at the
latest), so that they can be put up in local cafes, etc. So if someone
can print them and get them to me soon-ish that would be great.

* A4 poster advertising SFD, also need some A6 versions. Need ~10 A6
versions and 5-10 A4.

* A4 poster advertising MFS, also need some A5 versions. Need at least
10 A6 versions and 5-10 A4.

* A4 double-sided document, with a short case study of Handsworth
Grammar School. Need at least 30.

* A6 (four on an A4 page) handout to go with the CDs we'll give away
or just by themselves. Need at least 50.

* CD cover for the OpenDisc. Minimum of 15 needed, although more could
be useful. The images need to be combined so that the template is on
the back of the cover page (the template gives the folding
instructions). The covers can be folded on the day.

* CD cover for the OpenEducationDisc, as above.

* A4 folded leaflet. This is less important as we have some left over
from LUGRadio, but as they are really useful and didn't print too well
last time some more would be good.
