[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.5.6 released.

Hi,

This is a development version. It is unstable, may crash at any moment
and loose or alter your data.

New are:
- support mesomery relationships.
- native export of EPS files.
- use gnome-doc-untils to ease help localization.
- compatible with openbabel-2.
- builds with gcc-2.95 out of the box.
- fixed various bugs.

The 0.5 branch is now feature frozen. Now work will concentrate on bugs
tracking and fixing. Next release should be 0.5.90 aka 0.6.0beta1.

It can be installed along with 0.4.x. If you have time to test it,
please report the bugs you might find.
