[Gdb] problems of debugging dll

Hi folks,
I'm a beginner, and very appreciate any help.
I'm trying to debug a user extended dll of an application that is no debugging information. I build the user extended dll in cygwin with debugging information. To debug the dll,first I must start the application with GDB. But GDB can not run an application which has no debugging information. How do I ?
