[Ghm-discuss] help needed - country coordinators

José suggested having country coordinators to help contact people
about the GHM.  

We want to make sure everyone who might attend knows about the
meeting.  I can do the UK -- can anyone help with other countries? 

The basic idea would be to 

- do some research to identify to GNU hackers in your area (*)

- email them to make sure they are aware of the GHM / FSCONS and find
  out if they are thinking of attending.

- let people know about any country-specific information on travel
  arrangements (cheap flights, etc)

Countries near to Sweden (like Denmark, Norway, Germany, ...) should
be good candidates for people to attend more easily.
