Even though I am booked to participate at the GNU Get together I am 
quite sure there's going to be so much work for me during FSCONS (I am 
co-organising the event) that I am not a person to hold useful information.

Arrival and departure time/dates

I don't want to send your arrival and departure dates to a public 
mailing list. Instead I will share that information with Brian and Jose.

Rooms available for GNU
=========================================================
I have booked a room, Linux, for GNU from Friday morning to Sunday 
night. You can't get in to the room without an access card on Friday.

Access card
=========================================================
During Friday you can't get in to the room without an access card. 
There's two cards available. These will be given to Brian and Jose.

Wireless accounts
=========================================================
You will get wireless accounts. Login information will be printed on 
paper and given to you when you get here.
