Tu as une vieille version d'automake. Essaie ceci:
Ajoute AC_CANONICAL_TARGET juste avant AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE.
Remplace AC_CONFIG_HEADERS par AM_CONFIG_HEADER.
Peut-être que ça passera.
