Well, infrastructure for this is not in place, but that's not critical as this 
hover effect is not that much time consuming.

Well, I'm not that sure, letting a not complete translation in the game might 
motivate people to contribute.

We've done what was easy to do, but we can just have a look again on it. Did 
you add anything new in addition to Ellen's comments ?

Well, this is not really a bug as the script state is reloaded and the already 
displayed text instruction is already skipped. The solution to this would be 
to save actual script message to saved games, but not from the script because 
it is not there any more, from the GameGUI.

For my side, network rewrite has been put on hold for now, because of lack of 
time. Ask Nuage for details, perhaps he might want to do it.

Please note that I have few time, I'll try to implement some of your 
suggestion but I might decide that it's time to release alpha19 anyway.
