revamped again. now all is done based on the original files.
so far you can load the keys in a paged grid and toggle languages.
the keys are read only.
to add a key there is a button bottom right that actually works ;)
once a language is toggled on you can view and edit it but the values get sent 
but not yet stored. will do that tomorrow.

missing:
- store modifications to files
- commit to hg combined with a commentary by the user
- mail to the ml once
- this screenshots-thingy

Please report if the site works as this was not the case with all i asked. ff3 
seams to work.
