Hi,
     Since the main concern is about common issues and the whole thing
is going to be a tutorial, it might be for the best that effort
expended can be reused ie. archived or written down somewhere so that
people can access it somewhere.

The best place I guess would be the wiki where Arjun had long back
documented some tutorials or pointed to other existing ones(no point
reinventing the wheel).
I guess maybe the wiki can be documented as well so that anyone who
requires something similar will be able to access it publicly.

Well its just a thought.
