Attention Razorblade administrators.

Due to some issues with HEAnet's upstream mirror, we were not
receiving any Rawhide updates for the last few days. It was discussed
today on mirror-list-d and the problem has been resolved. Therefore we
are pulling in a large number of files right now, which will hopefully
be done by today afternoon. So please kill the rsync process before
doing any thing abrupt on Razorblade.
