[Gluster-devel] Manual gluster/extensions path

GlusterHPC:  Manually selecting gluster/extensions path does not 
find init.gex extentions.

I copied the contents of the Gluster CD into a directory "/gluster" 
and then tried to manually specify that directory instead of NFS but 
failed to locate init.gex.  I tried "/gluster/extentions" and other 
things but failed in vain.
