[Gm2] gm2 0.68 (20081108) experimental deb packages released

Hi,

I've built the i386 and Opteron/Athlon LP64 debian etch packages
for gm2 0.68 (20081108) so that it can be easily tested on these
platforms at least.

In these releases and all future ones you should be able to double
check the release version via the --version argument.

$ gm2 --version
GNU Modula-2  0.68  (20081108)
  grafted onto GCC 4.1.2
