[Gm2] bug in ISO dir wraptime.c - GetSecond

I kept seeing the same results for minute and second from
SysClock.GetClock, and traced the problem to wraptime.GetSecond:

unsigned int wraptime_GetSecond(struct tm *m)
if (m->tm_sec == 60)
   return 59;
else
  return m->tm_min;
}

I'm guessing m->tm_min should be m->tm_sec
