Hi John,

many thanks for the feedback - great to see it building on other
platforms.  I think I've fixed the nested procedure bug so I'll be
checking in a few more changes in the next day or so.  It nearly builds
all the ulm libraries - a few more type casts (internal to the compiler)
are required and then they will all compile.
