[Gm2] PDF file errors

FWIW the file floppsie.comp.glam.ac.uk/download/m2/gm2.pdf is slightly
corrupted for ten lines or so at the bottom of page three.  (Later in
the file a number of long lines are truncated, but that's less
important.)
