Hello Gaius,

I had 0.20.x installed, and after someone shared a link of some possible issues with gcc-8.2.0 and libsl v 0.20x, I downgraded to version 0.19.

This got me past the error  in my previous message, however ran into some other ones later on during the make process.

I'll try downgrading to 0.18 to see if this helps.

Hi,

what version of libisl have you installed?  On my debian system it is:

dpkg -l | grep isl
ii  libisl15:amd64                0.18-1              amd64
manipulating sets and relations of integer points bounded by lin

I think gcc-8.2.0 needs a minimum of libisl 0.18.

Thanks for the report about language=gm2, it might be more obvious to
use language=m2.  For what it is worth here is a script I use to
build the latest gm2:

regards,
Gaius
