[Gm2] Uploaded some simple grafics routines

Hallo all,

while creating some test cases for the random number module I updated / 
created some modules to create simple "bitmaps",

PNG files and an (partial) interface to the PLplot library (including 
some test cases). For PLplot see http://plplot.sourceforge.net.

Perhaps that is of interest to some of you.

With the PLplot interface a created some nice visualisations of the 
madness of the pseudo random number generator based on ACM 133 ... the 
other generators provided look fine ;-) Will upload that code later 
within the numerical library trail ...
