Updated with a couple additional steps to be taken in the time slices.
Note that the "heart beating" is really the same of this one, just dirtier
in interface, and with a patch ready (and likely not applicatble anymore).
About the getTimer/Date things I'm not sure we can trust them.
I mean, we already use a VirtualClock so we may pretend whatever we want,
better tests would use a real clock (off-player) to check what happens.
Also note that the 'aliasing' problem would still be there for a 12FPS
movie loading a 13FPS movie, as it's been reported each loaded movie
is expected to run at its own speed..
