We should have a consistency between naming of config file and command
line arguments. I do see the boost program options supposedly does work
with both, but I'd prefer to see a proposal first rather than a patch.
At the same time, this is an incredibly minor issue, and it seems like
we have more serious tasks and bugs we should be working on in our
limited time...
