Details:

It seems that cookies passed to Gnash from the plugin using the environment
variable GNASH_COOKIES_IN are not always used by curl_adapter.cpp. It seems
that this only happens *sometimes* due to an obscure timing issue, making it
difficult to reproduce.

Anyway, the result is that Gnash receives a 403 HTTP error from youtube when
trying to download the FLV.
