Details:

Gnash 0.8.9 ignores the "Renderer" setting from the rc file(s), and defaults
to the "agg" renderer even when the agg renderer hasn't been built. This
results in the error to the terminal (when running the plugin through
firefox):

Error: Support for renderer agg was not built

... Despite the fact that the "cairo" renderer is selected in the rc file.

The problem is in the gui/gnash.cpp source file, line 385, where the default
setting is specified as "agg". This causes settings in the RC file to be
ignored and also prevents the logic for choosing a sensible default from
coming into play. Changing the default to "" (i.e. the empty string)
completely fixes the problem.

Also: there is no 0.8.9 release in the bug database for me to file against.
