  Right, but I'd like to not loose the mallinfo() support I added to
jemalloc, which makes the external library less of a good idea. Maybe
the newer version has mallinfo() support by now, but I doubt it. So I
think we'd be better off for now just updating our copy to a newer one
and adding the mallinfo() support.
