Follow-up Comment #7:

I've updated jemalloc to mozilla HEAD. Only one of the warnings was fixed, but
all of the warnings from -Wall are still there. There isn't much we can do
about that except stop compiling with -Wall for jemalloc.c, seeing as upstream
is not likely interested in unused variable warnings, but that's a pain to do
using automake. So on the balance, I think this is a wontfix.
