Follow-up Comment #8, bug #23435 (project gnash):
This site acts funny: https://www.tiaa-cref.org/public/index.html
The pull-down menus appear in front of the flash movie, but the login form
appears behind it. Works fine with the proprietary Adobe flash plugin.
This is Gnash 0.8.9-20110405-none running on Firefox 4.0.1, where Mozilla bug
#137189 has presumably already been fixed. I'm seeing the same behavior in
Chromium as well.
