Details:

For a long time, I have looked at Gnash manual page and found an interesting
option that would allow interactive debugging with Gnash:

       -g     Start Gnash with a Flash debugger console so one can set
breakpoints or watchpoints.


But when I tried to use it on 0.8.10 release version or current git version
of Gnash, it always failed with:

Error parsing options: unknown option -g


A quick search in Gnash's git log revealed that -g/--debugger option was
removed around circa 2010

but documentation still mistakenly listed it.

This patch removes references to this option from manual page and associated
documentation to prevent further confusion; see the attached
0001_remove-dropped-debugger-option.patch

Note: This patch does not correct cached document files, since as far as I
understand, they will be updated manually when 0.8.11 is going to be
released.
As a consequence, the updated documentation will be used only when
`--enable-docbook` option was used on build configuration.
