Hello,
* remove or conditionalize CPPFLAGS and LIBS
* add distributed files or dirs
* use AC_PROG_LIBTOOL instead of AM_PROG_LIBTOOL in autogen.sh
* add dependencies on libs for gnash, to avoid parallel make error
* change <..> to ".." for includes from source
