[Gnash-dev] SERIALNUMBER - tag 41 (0x29) in SWF6 LFC

LFC6.lzl, targetted at SWF6 contains the 'SERIALNUMBER' tag (41).
I don't think it is valid for an SWF6 file. 
Anyway, can you tell me what the encoding is for this tag ?
