Hi! Just built and tried the latest avm2 branch. Different set of UNIMPLEMETED errors: 15935:3059656512] 12:52:20: UNIMPLEMENTED: SWF9 is not fully supported, trying anyway but don't expect it to work 15935:3054885776] 12:52:20: UNIMPLEMENTED: LanguageCode in DefineFont (2 or 3) 15935:3054885776] 12:52:20: UNIMPLEMENTED: DefineFontAlignZoneTag 15935:3054885776] 12:52:20: UNIMPLEMENTED: DEFINESHAPE4 edge boundaries and scales 15935:3054885776] 12:52:21: UNIMPLEMENTED: SYMBOLCLASS tag parsed but not yet used 15935:3059656512] 12:52:21: UNIMPLEMENTED: ABC_ACTION_CONSTRUCTSUPER but the same result: blank window. I would happily spend some hacking time at this, but I'd need some hints where to start. Regards, Torsten Benjamin Wolsey schrieb:

Unless the actionscript is trivial, this makes most AS3 files unplayable in Gnash. Is the implementation of these tags planned? Is there any further information about this?See the AVM2 branch (http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/r/gnash/avm2) for the progress on this. It's not very advanced and can be quite unstable, but at least has the basics of an implementation. At the present rate, it will be some years before it's finished, but maybe some other devs will get interested in it... bwy -- Use Gnash, the GNU Flash Player! http://www.gnu.org/software/gnash/ Benjamin Wolsey, Software Developer - http://benjaminwolsey.de
