Ok, I found the problem : the configure script didn't find the X include 
and libs.
with
./configure --with-opengl-libraries=/usr/X11R6/lib64 --disable-docbook 
--with-opengl-includes=/usr/X11R6/include/ 
--x-libraries=/usr/X11R6/lib64 --x-includes=/usr/X11R6/include

and
make "OPENGL_LIBS=-lGL"

compilation work fine.
