We are using gnatsweb2.7beta as a front-end to gnats 3.113.

User reported a problem whereby "edit PR" via gnatsweb
seemingly works well (that is seems to be successful and
mail gets set out showing the edit--- e.g. change of
responsible or state field) but actually no change is
made to the underlying PR file!!

A subsequent "view PR" shows that nothing has changed!

I tried to create a new PR and edit it and everything is
dandy. But then I tried to edit couple of old PRs (at
random) to change the state field from open to "analyzed"
and I encountered the same results as my "user".

What gives? Anybody had similar problems? Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
