Could be done by some custom setup of the GNATS 4 dbconfig. That config would 
likely take a little bit of work, but shouldn't be too hard. However, I am 
closing this, since we are unlikely to do it. However, if you at some point 
make a dbconfig that implements this, please tell us, since it might be of 
interest for inclusion into the 'dbconfig recipes' appendix of the manual
