[Gnewsense-dev] Update on deltah Packages* files

Hi all,
Thought I'd explicity let this list know about whats happening with the
Packages files for deltah.

Summary:
Lots of users are having trouble updating their systems, they get
errors about corrupt Packages/Sources bz2 files.
Seems Packages (uncompressed) and Packages.gz are updated correctly.

This might explain why some people experience problems and some don't.

Cause:
For some reason, bz2 files are not being generated when builder runs.

Fix:
Unsure, It may be repository configuration, or something may have been
broken.
