I don't understand why i can receive (after open port on the modem
router) but i can sent.

I just want to be free to sent one file to help the gnewsense community,
the gnewsense iso.

It seems that to be free in France at this time is more and more
difficult. The French low (hadopi and loopsi) will became the hardest
low in the World, harder than china and north corea ... and that's not a
joke :(
