rms divids this wel, it's an 'opinion work'.

Artistic work we can discuss opinions, and even if I agree with you, I
can't even think about imposing the 'creator' anything. And his freedom
will help my judjment on his work.

Not that long ago rms pointed out that the GPL itself relies on
copyright to keep free software free.

Sadly for us (worried about freedom) this is true, only with patents we
can secure the 'freedom' of certain works, and even so there was already
'stolen' work, so more elaborate versions of patents and so on..

But free software, as I take it, is a question of cientific knowlage,
and this is socialy VERY DANGEROUS to be proprietary.

General opinion will not understant this importance if we mix this
questions, this mixing is what they are using, and very sussesfuly, to
manipulate general opinion against free software and 'patents' question.

There are already thousands of Life forms with patents, companies seling
and buying «LIFE FORMS»!!!!!!!      

....and we loosing our time with art patents..
Just let the Artist choose, than you can judje hem.
