Well, I just added more generic patch for irda. There were no reports on
gnokii with irda on other systems then linux and it is unlikely it will
work on other systems then linux. I made the build system to look for
<linux/irda.h> header and if it is not found, disable irda at all (ie.
don't build any irda related thing).

Please DO test these changes, mainly on non-Linux changes.
