You have to install the series60 Nokia SDK, you can download it from
the Nokia website. This SDK is windows only, you have to do some
tricks to use it under Linux. You will find more information on the
gnupoc website (http://www.gnupoc.org). There will be some missing
files (e.g. etelagsm.h, etelbgsm.h, etc). The sysinfo source
(http://www.newlc.com/IMG/zip/sinfo60.zip) contains the missing files
(these files were released as part of a previous SDK).
