gnokii 0.6.4

Hi,

There's new gnokii version released. I didn't plan to release it yet, due
to some copyright problems, but I'm still working on this issue and this
thread goes independently on gnokii development. This issue should be
resolved soon, but that's a lot of work to do.

Anyway, gnokii 0.6.4 is out there. There are some bugs fixed, there are
improvements in the build system, there are new features for gnapplet
drivers. See ChangeLog for the detailes.
