Oh, I have already tested 0.6.4 release version before your recommendation, and bad things were not happen. I disabled blacklist checking in nk6510.c, and now my Nokia works fine with model=6100 and connection=irda. I tried to use --getsms, --getalarm, --setalarm, --getdatetime, --setdatetime. These functions work fine, and gnokii does not break my phone.

Firmware is the following:
V 05.80
28-05-04
NPL-2
(c) Nokia

Some info from system:
Linux kernel is 2.4.20-9asp
irda-utils version is 0.9.14
The dongle is SigmaTel STIr4200 IRDA/USB
The dongle driver is stir4200 version 0.1b by Paul Stewart
