Let me rephrase the documentation: Symbian phones won't work with
nokia_dku2 driver. When using gnapplet (model = series60) you can use
only irda or bluetooth. When using at mode (model = AT) you don't need
this driver (cdc_acm is enough).

You need to put serial as a connection. (assuming AT mode).
