i change the config file to use USB but that's won't work :

I try to change connection type dku2 or dku2libusb, none of them work.

You seem to be using a usb cable, but your config file is trying to
connect to the serial port.

In a terminal please type 

dmesg


and then


lsusb

please look for ttyusb0 or ttyACM0
