Couldn't read /root/.gnokiirc config file.

Hello everybody

i am using nokia 3110c with gnokii for the first time along with the following set of configurations

i am getting this Couldn't read /root/.gnokiirc config file.
also when i ran gnokii --getsmsfolderstatus , it returned an empty result
